Jaguar E Type Series 1
This Jaguar E Type Series 1 is one of our current nut-and-bolt restorations. When it first arrived at our workshop it was finished in blue, but we have carefully returned it to its original Opalescent Silver Grey colour.
Much of the interior has been preserved in its original condition, as the client wanted the car to retain the familiar character and feel that held so many memories for her late husband, in whose honour the restoration is being carried out.
The project is now in its final stages, with the vehicle undergoing running-in and test driving. Only a few finishing touches remain, including fitting the badges and number plates, along with final adjustments as we complete road testing.
