Rolls Royce Tourer

In 2024, the workshop was commissioned to fabricate, paint, and fit a new bonnet for a Rolls-Royce Tourer whose original panel had begun to show its age after more than 90 years of service.

The new bonnet was handcrafted entirely from scratch, with every stage carefully executed to maintain authenticity and precision. Using traditional coachbuilding techniques, including riveting and period-correct tooling, the team recreated the original construction methods that defined Rolls-Royce craftsmanship of the era.

Once fabrication was complete, the bonnet was painted and finished to match the vehicle’s existing bodywork, ensuring a seamless integration that honours both the car’s history and aesthetic.

The result is a beautifully renewed component that not only restores the Tourer’s elegance but also preserves the authenticity of its original design and build quality.
