This 1970 MK2 Ford Cortina came to the workshop for a comprehensive restoration, focused on addressing corrosion and returning the car to its original sharp lines and classic profile. The work involved extensive body repairs to the front scuttles, rear wheel arches, A-pillars, inner wings, and sills, ensuring the vehicle’s structure was sound and true to its factory form.
Once the repairs were completed, the Cortina received a complete respray, carefully finished to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface that highlights its vintage design. The result is a beautifully restored example of this iconic model—structurally solid, visually striking, and ready to enjoy many more years on the road.
